FINALLY! Firehouse selected "Q" as the letter of the day and I off to Firehouse I went after work. There were a few employees and no customers when I entered. I was greeted and my order was taken with a few issues. Ordered two medium subs, and showed my ID for the free sub. The guy taking the order looked puzzled so I had to explain the promotion. He told me that I had to make a purchase in which I explained is why I ordered two subs. He told me I had to order chip, drink, or a cookie. Another employee came up and entered in a code. I assume the guy is new... Subs were ready in a reasonable time and they were tasty, as always.
This place has a vegetarian sub but serves meat too. I personally didn't like the mushrooms on it but it tastes great. Enjoyed it.
Firehouse subs for a quick sandwich that is well-made. Are usually get the New York steamer or the meatball. This one doesn't feel like the cleanest of them but I still have no problem eating here. The sandwiches here are generously portion and the meet is flavorful. Are use their points program every time to develop enough points to get free sandwiches which is a great deal. Update: I came here a few more times and the place was much cleaner. Maybe a fluke or change. They did contact me about it and I appreciated that. It told me they are concerned with their customers experience.

My grandson is a picky eater but he love the Hero Sub with no Lettuce, Tomato or Pickles I couldn't beleive it when wanted a sandwich from here but go figure
The customer service here exceeded my expectations. The cashier gave her recommendation for the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket Sub and it did not disappoint! She told me that it was her favorite so I opted for the largest size which runs about ten bucks and change. Not too bad... I asked to add all the veggies to make it somewhat healthier and chose the wheat bread. Wow! It was absolutely delicious. :) They top this sub with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (one of my personal favorites) and it's served hot. So darn good. Bonus: You get a yummy pickle sliver to enjoy with your sandwich. I couldn't finish the whole thing in one sitting, so I brought the other half to my guy at home. You can ask to have them cut the sandwich in quarters for easy chomping. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location as service was prompt and friendly. Plus the place seemed pretty clean. Oh and don't forget to use your rewards number for points. I will be back. :)
